My arithmetic matches yours, with the help of a calculator.
In this study, babies who are not breastfed, will have a 26.6% greater
chance of dying in their first year.

I'd really love it if someone could check my maths for me...
Looking at the 2004 Chen and Rogan Study children who were ever breastfed
had 0.79 times the risk of never breastfed children for dying in the
postneonatal period. My understanding is that this means that breastfed
babies had a 21% decreased risk of dying or conversely that babies not
breastfed had a 27% increased risk of death in their first year. I've
recently come across some interpretations (from what I think are usually
reputable sources) of this study that said that there was a 21% increased
risk of death for babies not breastfed which has got me second guessing
myself...just want to check my maths.
