The only way that you can "increase" a milk supply during a pregnancy is to
remove the pregnancy. I'm surprised that this wasn't clear in the reference
books that were consulted. The hormones (estrogen and progesterone) which
maintain a pregnancy make the milk supply decrease. The placenta is
responsible for these hormones so......this is the body's way of providing
for the growing fetus, preparing the mother's body to grow this pregnancy and
later lactate for this one.
