It's unusual for a mother with Turner syndrome to be fertile. Most have
just streak ovaries that do not function. If the mother has enough
ovarian function to become pregnant, she probably had enough to develop
breast tissue. What do her breasts look and feel like? The same signs
that would be red flags for insufficient glandular development in a
mother without Turner syndrome would apply: high inframammary fold (dog
ear appearing breasts), narrow base (tubular breasts), large
intramammary space (more than 1.5-2" cleavage), marked asymmetry between
breasts, lack of veining, persistent Tanner stage 4 (relatively large
and bulbous areola). No one of these is a guarantee she will have
difficulty, but the more you see, the more likely there will be low milk
production.

Breast development during pregnancy is a positive sign.

If she has any of the red flags, you can help her superstimulate milk
production in early postpartum by hand expressing colostrum after each
breastfeeding. Baby can be fed the colostrum by teaspoon.

Let us know how it goes.
