A mom in prenatal class asked me to look at her nipple. There is a
white bleb, looks like milk blister from plugged duct. It has been
there since last baby. I believe she said it was painful at the time
and she weaned early (breastfed only short time or not at all--can't
remember for sure now).

Any thoughts?
