Decided to go ahead and post to the list to see what y'all think about this
nifty idea.
One of our WIC moms , quite a while ago, needed to use an SNS with her little
one.  The tape was a major pain in the butt for her, as it was always coming
off.  So she put the tuby in the proper place one day (with the tape),
latched on baby, and when baby was BF well, she pulled out a pen and marked
on the tube a line where the tube meets the outside of babys mouth.  Next
feed, no tape, just a line on the tube.  She latched on baby, and then slipped
 the tube in thru corner of babys mouth up to the pen line, and all worked
out just fine!
So, when we have a mom who is having probs with the tape, we suggest this,
and so far it seems to be working pretty well.
