The 2001 US breastfeeding rates from the National Immunization Survey
(NIS) were published in Pediatrics.  Here is the URL for the

I do have a hard copy of the full text if you need more info than is

I don't know if the 2002 NIS data have been published yet.  The 2001
data were published in May 2003.
