Jan--This was fascinating and I'm so glad you posted it!  I didn't venture a
guess because I was clueless.  But I'm curious as to the origin of this
membrane.  It sounded like this occurs somehow because of the circ and isn't
present from birth, but I can't picture what would happen during the circ to
cause it.  Anybody know?
