In response to Karleen Gribble's question, "What is the difference between this and donor milk??? Is it is branding issue?":

It has fortifier added, a human milk-based fortifier: "the first formula for premature infants made from human milk as opposed to cow milk" and "The RTF products will provide standardized caloric content of 24, 26, or 28 calories, depending upon the neonatologist's prescription."  It's worthwhile reading re: less surgery for NEC (I have no financial interest in the company, Prolacta).
