Hello Lactnetters:

Did any of you recently receive a mailing from J-----n & J-----n that
included the reprint of Ruth Lawrence's article in the  Journal of
Pediatrics 126:6 1995?  They are obviously targeting LC's (it was addressed
to my private practice) and dangling a large carrot - a free 4th edition of
Lawrence for the 1st 50 respondents who request a sample of either their
nursing pads or the Hea---Fl-- bottle.  They are trying to equate correct
artificial feeding via their product with breastfeeding technique.  This
doesn't hold proper with the WHO code, obviously.  Any creative suggestions
on a meaninful reply??  I have had a particularly busy few weeks and lack
the brain cells to think of something right now, but know I must do something.
