I'd love to hear more about this raw foods diet - what other foods will be
introduced as the baby grows up?

And to defend my profession - I think it would be possible to find a
dietitian who would be willing to work with the parents (although I admit
that many would be uncomfortable with something so far from the
mainstream).  You probably would find the most help in one who
specializes in vegetarian nutrition.  And I agree with K. Dettwyler -
people have been cooking foods for years - cooking actually helps some
foods become more digestible and some nutrients are better absorbed
after cooking.
