I missed where this started, as I've been off a while.  My husband is a
Ph.D. math professor.  He seems to have really good relationships with his
students and they sometimes come to him for personal advice.  He's had some
pregnant and breastfeeding students since meeting me and has occassionally
said "My wife is a lactation consultant if you need help, but it seems
like......" from his own experience with our child and from listening to me
talk about clients and issues in general.
