As someone who also experienced severe overfullness (I distinguish
between that and the pathological condition called engorgement)
following each of her births...I would add...
    1) A little pumping to keep oneself comfortable, potentially
prevents plugged ducts and mastitis ( I know, I had my share of them
with baby # one because I listened to someone who told me not to pump
because I would make more and more and more...)
    2) Babies grow and as they do they catch up with mom's
supply...consider yourself blessed to have more milk than you need and,
store some in the freezer for future use.
