Hi All

I am looking after a  mother was diagnosed 10 years ago with Chronic Fatique Syndrome -  Has any one looked after any one  with this syndrome.  Does it go into remission as some syndromes do when pregnant or lactating. She has a good supply, but has had sore nipples for the past 4 -5 days, she is now 2 weeks 4 days postpartum. another issue is the pinched looking nipple when the baby comes off the breast . 
I have a mental block and dont know what to suggest next, other than correcting a shallow latch, what else should I be suggesting.
