Diane,

Have you asked the mom if she or the baby has been on antibiotics.  Once
youve  ruled out hind milk foremilk inbalance, especially if mom or baby
has been on antibiotics in the past several months you must think of
pseudomembranous colitis (Clostridium Difficile).  The docs can help by
checking the stools for the C Diff toxin.  This is treatable.
