To Sarah,

If I had to choose just one breastfeeding book for inclusion in a class, it
would definitely be Kathleen Huggins' book "A Nursing Mother's Companion".
 It is not that the information is necessarily better (although I agree with
most of it) but it is arranged in a form which makes it infinitely more
useable by the breastfeeding family.  So many books have great information,
but it is buried in the pages with a lot of text.  Finding the answer to a
question is reminiscent of doing research for a term paper - a lot of time is
wasted reading about related subjects before finding the bit that you are
looking for.  I have had a large number of people report to me about how
helpful the book was.  I admit, it works better with fairly well educated
clients..
