The following is an article from the Sacramento Bee.  Here is a father
providing banked breast milk for his infant son.  He is also trying to get
his insurance company to help cover the costs.  I think it is interesting to
note that *Medi-Cal, the state's insurance program for low-income children,
covers breast milk, with no limitations, as long as the doctor prescribes
it*.  One victory to be sure.
