Dr Gordon--

I had two homebirths, but in case of hospital transport asked a friend 
to express 6oz or so, which I stashed in my freezer.  That way if "they" 
insisted on supplementing, I had something to give them to buy time, and 
a source for more.  My kids have multiple food allergies, and formula is 
simply Not An Option.  Since this mom is lactating, she could bring her 
own and avoid potential conflict over donor suitability.
