Jo posted a couple of comments made in Hogg's book:

Well, whaddya know -- it's another Ezzoish type of book that panders to the
selfishness of adults. I'm convinced that's one of the reasons these books
are so very popular....

And she obviously is totally unaware of the chemistry of breastmilk -- that
CCK is released when bf in both mom & baby and causes sedation; that babies
are DESIGNED to fall asleep during nursing -- in fact, it seems that most of
them do up until about 3 months. I suspect that's because they probably
SHOULD. But both BW & SBW (Baby(un)wise and Secrets of Baby Whisperer --
how quaint!) completely ignore the physiology of what occurs during infant
feeds.

Blech. But I did order it from Amazon, and will be reading it -- need to be
armed for the masses of folk that think THIS is the greatest thing to come
down the pike since BW.
