Hello all,
If a mom has a Mirena IUD, and then experiences a low milk supply some time
later, how do you know if it might be related to the IUD? If the drop in
milk supply doesn't happen until several weeks or months later? Because
having the IUD removed, just to see if that helps, seems like a more
invasive step if you are just guessing that it might be related. Does
anyone have any input on that?

Thanks for your time,
Sonya Shaver, BS, CHES, IBCLC
