The answer to the slow growing baby is the usual:

Use *compression* to increase intake.
Use herbs to increase milk supply.
Consider using domperidone to increase supply.

Increase calories by increasing food. Why is she not interested in adding
food at this time? If the twins are interested, and I will bet they are, she
should start offering solids.
