No brainer!

1. Have MRI with contrast.

2. Urinate before leaving facility.

3. Urinate when getting back home.

4. Take baby and breastfeed.

The amount of Gadolinium in the breast milk will be almost non-existent.

A 24-hour or a 48-hour wait is inexcusable.
