I have a sample Nurture III. As I mentioned in my posts to Lactnet October
2001, a friend used one
as her back-to-work double pump and found it worked excellently. It can be
used as a single or double pump. The pump itself is about the size of a
small aquarium pump - two packs of cards stacked together. From other LC's
experience it works well for mothers who have already established their milk
supply (after about 6 weeks). It is frequently advertised on the inside
front cover of LLL's journal for mothers, "New Beginnings." I have received
several favourable posts on this pump from other LCs ("The pumps are
reliable, affordable, and
effective.") - email me directly if you want more info.

IMHO any pump that has a valve (hole) that has to be covered by the moms
finger to regulate the intensity of the suction is risky to say the least.
It is cheap looking, and noisy, and pretty darned expensive.!! (more than
$100!!)
