Brenda - One idea would be to contact the Maternal Child/Adolescent
Health Coordinator at public health (is your WIC office part of PH?).

If you discuss with him/her your concerns you may find some new avenues
open for supporting bf. Public Health may be willing to send in a PHN
(if LLL types are unwelcome in your area - just now). Public health has
the same goal *to increase the incidence and duration of bfing*. I know
bf support would be delivered expertly by you. Another voice (especially
with the same message) may serve to pave the way for input from you in
the (hopefully near) future.
