I have had moms use blessed thistle with good results, same initial dose your
client had used, 3 caps, 3x's/day.  Also, have you suggested that this mom
use a sling for BF?  I had a handicapped mom with only one arm functioning
and she found the sling a lifesaver.  Good for baby, too!  Good luck.
