I believe this has been widely misquoted and misinterpreted on anti-vacc
websites. The authors don't suggest delaying all breastfeeding until
after vaccinations are completed; they suggest that it should be
investigated whether "delaying breast-feeding at the time of
immunization" might increase efficacy.

All this means is suggesting to mothers that they plan, on the day of
immunisation, to put the vaccine in the middle of a feeding cycle,
instead of near a feed. And the authors suggest that such strategies
should be evaluated, not instantly enacted or enforced. It's not part
of the current published Product Information or administration
instructions in Australia.
