No, this year I have not. I had to choose between paying for ILCA and buying
food for my family and retaking the exam in order te stay qualified .Sorry to
dissappoint. Going to the wonderfull event and learning opportunity of the
ILCA conference wasn't even an option to start thinking of.
This item has been discussed before. Lots of people who really would enjoy
joining ILCA and pay for it, just simply cannot afford to do so.
