Im working with a VERY large breasted mom , first pregnancy / first
baby, She found out she was pregnant when she went to a plastic surgeon
to get a breast reduction.

Baby 13 days old and down 1 pound in weight  from 7 - 7 to 6 - 6. Infant
active , awake , alert, 7 - 9 wet diapers and 1 - 3 stooled diapers per
24 hours.

Mom never noticed a time when her milk came in, does not feel that her
breasts ever enlarged or got firmer, has a PIS , when she pumps she gets
a few drops only , even after it has been several hours since baby
nursed.

Do very large breasted women sometimes not feel the milk come in or the
let down feeling?

Baby nurses better in cradle than football, but mom prefers football ,
babe gets deeper latch in cradle so mom will try that , any comments or
advice would be most appreciated. I haven worked with any women this
large breasted before.

Thanks

Cindy
