Probably "Pityriasis Rosacea"  a self limiting rash. If she started off with 
one spot that was larger than the others that is a clear sign.  She can try 
some cortisone but it goes away all by itself.  A little sunlight can hasten the 
resolution.  But it rarely last more than 10 weeks.  Chris
