Am I reading this correctly? This doesn't seem like a good management 
technique when you are trying to get more calories/food into a baby and one that I 
would hesitate to recommend. I agree with Cathy G; pumping after feedings will 
help increase a milk supply and the milk you get may look scanty but has more 
calories than the first milk in a pumping or feeding.
