Has anyone got the full text of the talk presented to the AAP by Dr. Ruth Lawrence?  I have the abstract where she recommends avoiding both comfrey and fenugreek if the mother is breastfeeding.  (also suggests avoiding St. John's wort)  Her reasons sound very much evidence-based and I would like to read the whole thing and look at the references if anybody knows where to find it.  Our NICU pharmacist is looking, also.

Also, thanks to everyone who helped me out with the mom in San Angelo Texas.  Her doctor did give her Diflucan and she is much better.  She also now has several names of LC's to call a little closer to home, as well as Dr. Jack's website.  Thanks to all who responded.
