I also find that telling mother to offer the breast like a sandwich often
helps her with her hand positioning.  I will help demostrate this for her as
needed.  Many times they are doing the good old C hold and need to do that U hold.
 So please someone tell me what is wrong with the cross cradle hold when I
have found it is so helpful!
