Hi Debbie-

This is purely anecdotal, from my study of 1 (me).

I don't think it has anything to do with number of children or length of
breastfeeding. I was a C prior to pregnancy with #1 (I have 4 children).
After weaning (15months), I did go down to a B but I think that's because I
was 5# below my pre-pregnancy weight. After #2 I lost an additional 5#, did
not lose any further cup sizes (bf 2.5 yrs). No significant changes with
#3, bf 2.5 yrs, no additional wt loss. With #4 I gained more during
pregnancy (45# instead of #32 like the other 3) and did not have the
additional weight loss after weaning (3 years). I've been a C cup ever
since (and yes, I weigh more than I did prior to getting pregnant with #3).

I really think it was more to do with the weight loss than the bf. With the
first 2, I was one of those women who eat and eat (or at least perceive
themselves to eat and eat) and continue to lose wt. postpartum. After
having #4, I had my youngest daughter around who, at 2.5 years old thought
it was her job to feed me, which took care of that weight loss!

I'm interested to hear the stories of others.
