  Congratulations. I hope this is the beginning of a trend that will  
become routine in your hospital and spread to others as well.

Could you write this up as a case study for JHL or some other journal  
that doctors and other hcps read? How can you begin to keep data on  
these things so that the trend that is sure to come can be tracked  
and written up.
