could have symptoms of other infections, crusting, etc...and this could come 
off when various ointments are used...but the infection continues to return.  
Worse when it returns?  Don't recall...perhaps, .....amazing what one cares to 
remember, eh?
There is a good variety of  info when one googles paget's disease of the 
nipple (seems there are other places/bones where it can occur).
