This case sure sounds like could be oversupply (mommy symptoms and
baby symptoms). Management of that surely might help. For the blebs,
some have used  washtubs of warm water with breasts leaning into the
water soaking, sometimes with epsom salts. I believe for blebs and/or
plugs there was a suggestion of running a hair comb over the breasts
towards nipple while the breasts were very soapy. Very gentle abrasion
of the bleb with a washcloth after softening in the washtub. Might
have to treat for bacterial infection, due to some s/s of mastitis.

<<discomfort as "pins and needles" in that area when baby on breast.
Had issues with extreme edema, ...burning, swollen breasts and not
being able to get milk out even with pumping.    ... baby back
arching, not satisfied during day, eating all the time, and would only
sleep at night after some formula.  During day baby was only on for
5-10 min, then want to eat again shortly.  ...swelling, still having
some burning in breast.>>
