On some breast pumps is a rubber valve, and a rubber overflow shield.
When NICU moms or working moms are pumping, their milk does come into
contact with these rubber parts. Can this also be considered "Latex
exposure", if the baby receives pumped milk that has passed through
rubber parts, even though indirect? Or does the latex have to directly
contact skin/mouth/other body parts to cause a problem?
