Dear Friends:
Another value of this would be for insurance companies! At present,
insurance pays $90 for a consult.
However, I am not sure I want this formalization if it would mean more
paperwork and rules. I have some idea of what to charge based on talking with
others in my community; I live in an expensive part of the country. I have no
need that I can think of for some government survey.
