Two more comments to all the good info. I have concern that the free iron in 
the formula gets the flora started off on the wrong course (thus, along with 
the foreign proteins, I may prefer glucose. Lactose would be better.)

Secondly, I think that if a baby is hypoglycemic, a common cause is starving 
the mother throughout labor.
