From my very brief clinical rotation on a burn unit (3 weeks), the severely burned patients used to have a daily bath, assisted, with buckets of salt added to the water.  Those who were not burned as badly would shower, alone, again daily.  It helps with debriding.

I don't see how breastmilk could hurt...
