Yes, indeed, I have been collecting information and learning new techniques for years now.
I also keep taking videos an pictures. Breast massage and manual expression have been used in many cultures by skilled professionals to treat plugged ducts, engorgement and even mastitis.  There are many simple techniques that mothers can perform themselves to help resolve engorgement and plugged ducts.  On the other hand, there are some techniques that should be learned and require experience. 
I met some wonderful consultants in my three trips to Russia that have magical hands.  Now I am trying to sort out all the information I have. I work as a hospital lactation consultant as well as in pediatric practice and some private practice as well.  I found that breast massage and manual expression skills are very useful in solving multiple problems.  I can answer any specific questions or would welcome any comments or information about research on this topic.
