I have seen a coffee table photo/art book about bottle feeding over the
ages.  LOL...all the different far-out contraptions possible...  But
never a BF one.

http://www.attachmentscatalogue.com (or is it .org???) has a few
different sets of bf cards.  Both photos and drawings.
