        Somebody asked where she could get a copy of the slide showing twins
in India (actually it was Pakistan). The boy was breastfed, and he was
thriving; while the girl, who was bottlefed, died the day after the photo
was taken.
        The slide is available from Unicef, and is used as part of their
18-hour programme "Breastfeeding Management & Promotion in a Baby-Friendly
Hospital". I think you should probably be able to get it from Unicef,
Division of Information - Photo Unit, 3 U.N. Plaza, H-9F, New York, NY
10017; tel. (212) 326-7281, fax. (212) 326-7768.
        I don't know whether it's possible to receive only that slide, or
whether it's necessary to get the whole series of 40. The code (for the
whole set of 40) is UNICEF/C-107/#, and it's the first slide in the series.
