   The nipplete has been available sine 1993. It was developed ub England by
a plastic surgeon.  There is one article out in the Brit Journal of Plastic
Surgery (1994) 47:46-9. It is a variation of techniques that have been used
for even longer. There is written evidence of this technique  being used in
the 70's in India [Platic and reconst surgery 1978;61(2):294-6
