Has anyone worked out a therapeutic dose for adults suffering from gut damage?

current situation:
-health professional with intransigent lymph oedema from breast cancer treatment
developed severe infection in affected arm and was treated with IV antibiotics
for 2 plus weeks
-developed c.difficile.
-has been treated with Flagyl for 1 month without resolution
-gastro symptoms are severe
-fellow health professional with a large store of pumped milk has offered her
the 'extra'.
-Question.  How much and how often??? The pumped milk includes early colostrum
rich milk, should that be taken first?
