Has anyone out there heard of or used a product called 'Inulin fiber' to treat yeast? It is a food additive that is taken by mouth once a day. It is stirred into food like yoghurt or oatmeal. I have heard that it works very well for vaginal yeast but I have never heard of its use for nipple yeast.
