Health Canada has released two new guidelines related to breastfeeding -
they are synching Canada's national recommendations with the WHO's guideline
of  exclusive breastfeeding for six months (up from four). And they are
reiterating earlier recommendations to provide Vitamin D supplements to all
breastfed babies.

Details are on this web site. They encourage health professionals to pass
the word, but haven't yet issued a news release.
