A mother I've treated has had great results using Reglan to increase her milk supply, and no side effects. She's used Reglan for two "rounds" now, and milk supply has dropped immediately after stopping the Reglan. She finished her last Reglan taper 2 days ago and called me to tell me her supply has once again tanked, and asking if she could take another "cycle" of Reglan.
I prescribe 10mg TID for 2 weeks, then BID for 1 week, then 1 daily for 1 week. 
I'd like to know if anyone has opinions or experience with repeated Reglan use. Thanks
