<Lactnet is such a gift for us all.......>

You can say that again, Nikki. A vote of thanks once again to those who
"birthed" Lactnet and keep it running smoothly.

Everyone's comments are instructive, in some way or another. For
instance, Magda's quick retort to the BMJ-it's good to have
"knowledgeable watchmen" on guard duty when such opportunities arise to
reinforce the national and global
importance of breastfeeding in the public eye.

That doesn't happen to be my strong suit, and I am thankful there are
those who can share their insights with us all on whatever facets of
breastfeeding management, support, promotion, research etc. have become
their forte.

Sometimes even the questions asked are themselves very stimulating and
thought provoking. Participating in this forum helps all to be more
well-rounded-professionally that is. (I don't hold anyone else
responsible but me for my physically "well-rounded" aspects.)

Jean
