Hale (2004 ed) p. 300 states that peak time for alchohol is 0.24 hours  and 
that the milk plasma ratio is similar or equivilant to blood alchohol  levels. 
Three hours is TOO long to assume that "a social drink" is still in the  milk. 
And unless she is plastered, there should be no reason to pump and dump. I  
might agree with the statement re: moderate to heavy drinking, tho.
