I have a strange question.

My five year old was diagnosed with pneumonia on Sunday. She started a
double antibiotic (erythromycin/sulfisoxa SUS 200-600 for Pediazole)
that same day. It's not a bad case, I think we caught it so early that
she didn't get any sicker than a bad cold, but it was clear even to me
that the xray showed pneumonia. Today she told me she has "bug bites"
in her nipples. I felt them and they aren't bug bites, and it is both
nipples. The breasts are larger (by a small bit) and the nipples are
protruded a bit, and there is a "bump" behind them that does feel like a
small bug bite. She's five, she can't be developing, right? Could this
have something to do with the antibiotics? She's also on a codeine
cough med at night, which she's had before (coughs typically go into her
lungs and she is slow to recover, and the coughs are serious and harsh,
making sleeping difficult.) Any ideas?

Here is one site I found...
